Upgrading & Downgrading

You can change your plan at any time from the Pricing page inside the app.

  1. Open the app and go to Pricing (via the sidebar or Dashboard).
  2. Find the plan you want and click Upgrade.
  3. Shopify opens a confirmation page showing the plan details and price.
  4. Click Approve to confirm the subscription.
  5. You’re redirected back to the app with a success message.

Your new plan takes effect immediately. Features like CSV import/export, higher AI limits, and BYOK support become available right away.

  1. Go to Pricing and click Downgrade on a lower-tier plan (or Free).
  2. A confirmation dialog warns you about features you’ll lose.
  3. Click Confirm to proceed.
  4. The app cancels your current Shopify subscription and switches you to the selected plan.
  • Unlimited edits → 50 edits: your usage counter resets, but you’re limited to 50 edits per month going forward.
  • CSV access removed: you can no longer export or import CSV files (existing data in Shopify is not affected).
  • BYOK key removed: if you downgrade from Pro + BYOK, your stored API key is deleted. You can re-add it if you upgrade again.
  • Custom prompt removed: if you downgrade from Agency, your custom system prompt is no longer applied to AI suggestions.

No data is lost when downgrading. All meta tags you’ve already saved to Shopify remain in place.

To stop paying entirely, downgrade to the Free plan. This cancels your Shopify subscription. The Free plan lets you continue using the Bulk Editor with limited monthly edits and AI suggestions.
