Dashboard

The dashboard is your home screen inside Vibebun Image Optimizer. It gives you an at-a-glance overview of your store’s image health and optimization progress.

Stat cards

After syncing, the dashboard displays four stat cards:

Card	What it shows
Product images	Total number of product images imported from your store
Media images	Total number of file-manager (media library) images
Large images	Images exceeding the target file size (default: 400 KB)
Optimized	Images that have been successfully compressed

Syncing from Shopify

Click the Sync from Shopify button to import or refresh your image data. The sync:

• Fetches all active product images and media-library files via the Shopify Admin API
• Stores metadata locally (source URL, file size, dimensions, alt text, product association)
• Runs automatically on first visit and can be re-triggered at any time

The dashboard auto-refreshes after a sync completes, updating all stat cards with the latest data.

Plan info

The dashboard shows your current plan name (Free, Basic, or Advanced), quota usage, and remaining optimizations for the current billing cycle.

• Quota used — how many optimizations you’ve used this billing period
• Quota limit — total optimizations allowed on your plan
• Remaining — optimizations left before you reach the limit

Optimization savings

When you’ve optimized images, the dashboard shows aggregate savings:

• Total original size — combined size of all images before optimization
• Total optimized size — combined size after optimization
• Total saved — how many bytes you’ve saved
• Average savings — percentage reduction across all optimized images

These numbers update in real time as you optimize more images.

Navigation

From the dashboard, use the sidebar to navigate to:

• Images — browse and optimize individual images
• Plan — view or change your subscription
• Settings — configure optimization and AI settings
