Settings

The Settings page lets you manage your AI provider configuration and custom system prompts. What’s available depends on your current plan.

Click Settings in the app sidebar, or navigate to it from the Dashboard quick links.

The top of the Settings page shows your active plan. Click the link to go to the Pricing page if you want to change plans.

If you’re on the Pro + BYOK plan, the AI Provider section lets you connect your own API key.

  1. Select a provider — Anthropic Claude, OpenAI, or Google Gemini.
  2. Select a model from the available options for that provider.
  3. Paste your API key.
  4. Click Save — the app validates the key with a test request.

Once saved, the section shows your active provider, model, and a key hint (last 4 characters). See Bring Your Own Key for detailed setup instructions.

On these plans, the AI Provider section is read-only. It shows which built-in AI model the app is using. No configuration is needed — AI suggestions work automatically.

If you’re on the Agency plan, a text area appears where you can enter custom instructions for the AI.

These instructions are prepended to every AI request, letting you control the tone, keywords, and style of generated suggestions. See Agency Setup for examples and best practices.

  • Click Save prompt to apply your custom instructions.
  • Click Clear to revert to the default prompt.

If you’re on a plan that doesn’t include BYOK or custom prompts, the Settings page shows a callout with a link to upgrade.
