The Agency plan is designed for agencies, freelancers, and brands that need high-volume AI suggestions with control over tone, voice, and keyword strategy.

Setting up custom system prompts

Custom system prompts are instructions prepended to every AI request. They let you guide the AI’s output to match your brand.

How to configure

1. Go to Settings in the app sidebar.
2. Scroll to the Custom System Prompt section.
3. Enter your custom instructions in the text area.
4. Click Save prompt.

Example prompts

Brand voice:

Write in a warm, conversational tone. Use short sentences. Address the reader as “you”. Our brand values are sustainability, quality, and transparency.

Keyword targeting:

Always include the primary keyword near the beginning of the meta title. Target keywords: organic cotton, sustainable fashion, eco-friendly clothing.

Audience-specific:

Our target audience is tech-savvy professionals aged 25–40. Use industry terminology where appropriate. Emphasize performance, efficiency, and value for money.

Style guide:

Never use exclamation marks. Avoid superlatives like “best” or “greatest”. Use Oxford commas. Write in American English.

Tips for effective prompts

• Be specific — “Write in a professional tone” is less useful than “Write like a premium fashion brand targeting millennial women”.
• Include keywords — mention your target keywords so the AI weaves them in naturally.
• Set constraints — if there are words or phrases to avoid, list them explicitly.
• Test and iterate — generate a few suggestions, review the output, and refine your prompt.

Clearing custom prompts

To revert to the default AI behavior:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Click Clear next to the custom prompt field.
3. The app returns to using its default SEO-optimized prompt.
